Key Responsibilities

Engage prospective and existing customers through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries to assess needs and advance opportunities

Present products and services clearly and effectively, aligning features and benefits with customer pain points

Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, interactions, and transactions within internal sales systems

Apply consultative selling and negotiation strategies to generate quotes, process orders, and close sales

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely fulfillment and post-sale support
Education/Experience

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Demonstrated success in a sales or customer-facing role

Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and follow-ups simultaneously
