Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement national and regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals

Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives, setting clear performance expectations and accountability metrics

Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships within healthcare systems, distributors, and provider networks
-
Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with product development and go-to-market strategies
-
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
-
Ensure sales operations adhere to applicable healthcare regulations, quality standards, and internal compliance requirements

Analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts

Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Proven leadership experience in sales within a professional services environment.

Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and large, multi-stakeholder accounts
-
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
