Job Details:

• Full-time position
• 2+ years of experience
• Must be barred in PA 
• Prior Litigation Experience is Required
• Prior Product Liability Experience is a plus

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Court appearances
• Responsibilities will include depositions, writing motions & briefs
• Heavy litigation focused role

Education and Experience: 

• Juris Doctorate Degree
• Licensed to Practice law in the State of PA
