Job Details:

In-person assignment

$25 - $30/hour
Responsibilities:

Manage general office operations and administrative tasks

Support accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping

Assist with payroll data entry and timesheets

Maintain organized records and track compliance as needed

Provide support to staff and leadership as required
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of office management, administrative, or accounting experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; accounting software experience is a plus

Ability to handle confidential information
