• Field experience troubleshooting PLC, HMI, DCS programming.
• Experience programming on line and uploading / downloading running process controls systems.
• Exposure to customer focused interactions on the plant floor and in customer meetings, with the desire to begin taking the lead for the automation portion of the scope.
• Experience working to a project budget and scope, for the tasks assigned. Identifying scope creep to senior automation leads and assuming responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the project budget and on time with the project schedule.
• Technical writing skills are required to assist in completing project documentation and project reports.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with a strong interest in industrial process control, automation and computer systems.
