Job Title: Welder l
Join our team as a Welder and play a key role in producing high-quality metal components for diverse manufacturing projects. What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate various welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and robotic welders, following precise manufacturing specifications and using jigs and fixtures.
- Program robotic welding systems according to manufacturer instructions to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform TIG welding and hand brazing, with occasional stick welding as needed.
- Weld aluminum and other metals with accuracy and quality.
- Follow safety protocols and work diligently to meet production deadlines.
- Assist with other tasks as required and work overtime when necessary to meet project demands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and robotic welding programming.
- Ability to interpret welding specifications and work from technical drawings or jigs.
- Solid experience in welding, preferably with at least six months of hands-on industry experience.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification, with prior experience a bonus.
- Ability to pass respirator fit tests and adhere to safety standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the fluid power industry or manufacturing environment.
- Welding certifications or recognized training programs that validate your skills.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior welding experience is preferred; industry training or certifications are advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to obtain forklift certification if needed.
- Willingness to undergo respirator fit evaluations, training, and testing.

Maintenance Technician - Trainee Level
We are searching for candidates that have a strong mechanical aptitude and some very basic electrical knowledge. If you know your way around a tool box and have experience doing things like handyman work, automotive or motorcycle repairs, or small engine rebuilds, we encourage you to apply.
This is a great opportunity for the selected candidate to gain some industrial maintenance training and experience. There will be opportunities for pay raises and advancement as your skills and ability progress.
Job Details:
Contract to hire position
Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule – Could be some weekend overtime as needed basis.
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
Pay Rate = $16.00hr to start - Raises based on performance are available.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with trouble shooting of equipment breakdowns
- Help in performing necessary repairs on any equipment breakdowns
- Help with facility maintenance as necessary
- Perform preventative maintenance of production equipment.
- Use of hand tools and power tools to perform repair tasks.
- Help perform basic electrical repairs as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Hand and power tool knowledge is required
- Experience with blueprint reading is preferred – willing to train
- Any trouble shooting experience – Cars, bikes, motor cycles, home appliances, home repairs is preferred.
- Basic electrical knowledge is preferred willing to provide training
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing, bending, crawling, climbing to perform work
- Lifting on a as needed basis
- Good eyesight and hearing to help with machine diagnostics
- Ability to learn new skills is a must! We are willing to provide on the job training but need somebody who is going to be reliable and receptive to what they are being taught in this position.
